As much as the site owner is pleading ignorance, they are associated with A LOT of affiliate spam. (Most recently seen ***** and on ***** from ***** which redirected to patriotsurvivalplan.com.)

W4 is an advertising network which uses trk4.com as one of it's tracking urls. We work with thousands of publishers in social media, mobile, display and newsletter channels.
We noticed a poor reputation here at WOT and would like to repair that. We have had email compliance violations in the past and they have been remedied.
Spamvertized STOOGE Sites - Sites is associated with criminals by knowingly violating US Law.
Violating the US CAN-SPAM Act by sending or have sent on their behalf UCE "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email accounts, violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act!
