Reviews site where customers can comment their experience with companies offering their products and services. Our company also relies on Trustpilot services (along with many others like WOT and Webutation) to let our customers rate our quality of products and services they receive.
I'm tempted to call Trust Pilot superfluous and unnecessary given the existence of WOT. And while both adjectives are made true by WOT's superiority, a monopoly is never a good thing. Even with the best of intentions.
So, Trust Pilot is good. WOT is better. Long live both.
At First I loved trustpilot, but the more I go to it, the more I see things that need to be fixed. They have ideas posted in the feedback forums (which you have to register a second time?) but doesn't seem like anything is being done.
Overall it isn't bad, and I'm keeping the trustpilot guard on firefox for now.
