USPS is decent but sometimes it happens that you cannot track your package very well and is a big issue.

9-30-16, Fri., 6:30PM. Package which was correctly addressed to my PO Box for which I pay $298 annually, was incorrectly "delivered" to the neighborhood cluster mailbox owned by USPS on Monday ***** at 4:37PM. I had just been to the Post Office where several other packages that were addressed the identical way were delivered correctly. I could not retrieve my package from the cluster mailbox as the key would not turn and could not be removed. A gentleman tried it also and could not turn the key or remove it. I have called the Post Office and emailed them via their website. USPS's most recent response was 3 business days ago. To date, USPS has given no response regarding the location of my package even though it has been in their possession the whole time. Nor has USPS said whether or not they have fixed/replaced their lock so this means that future packages cannot be "delivered" there as well. At this point, they are not just inconveniencing me, but the entire neighborhood as well. There is now just one functioning parcel locker for 8-10 houses. The lock has been off and on nonfunctioning for the last 2 years and USPS has been notified of this before. Amazon, the Amazon Seller=Craft Innovation, and the HOA all agree fixing/replacing the lock is USPS's responsibility. *****-, Sat., 4:02P: Pkg. deliv. on 8-29-15 at 12:45P. I requested email notification of delivery on ***** at 4:18P. Still have not received email notification of delivery as promised. *****, Sun., 2:47P: Rec. email notification on 8-30-15 at 12:26P, almost 10 hrs. after pkg. was delivered. 9-8-15, Tues., 9:53P: Rec. email notification from USPS on 9-8-15, at 6:46AM, that package departed Hebron, KY on 9-4-15, 4 days ago. Amazon website shows package is in Compton, CA as of ***** Since USPS sent the current location to Amazon, why can't they update their own website and email me the current location as well? Also the package and Tracking Number do not show up at all on the USPS Dashboard. 9-11-15, Fri., 1:37P: Rec. Voice Mail from USPS. Package was put on wrong truck so it went to Van Nuys. They'll ship it back to Simi Valley and should get it tomorrow. Per USPS 9:14P email to me the delivery status and their website have not been updated as of 8:44P. 9-11-15, Fri., 10:20P: USPS closed the case but still has not delivered my package. 9-12-15, Sat., 6:31P: Per USPS website pkg, left USPS Destination Facility in Santa Clarita and is in transit to destination. NOT correct! Destination is Simi Valley, NOT Santa Clarita. 9-13-15, Sun.,5:45P. This package never delivered. 10-14-15, 2:51P. Different package. USPS & Amazon do not care about their disabled customers. The main reason I order from Amazon is to conserve my energy from having to physically go to the store, post office, etc. Of course a Prime Pantry box will not fit in my house mailbox. Whether it is full or not is irrelevant. Why are USPS & Amazon making an issue out of not leaving it unattended after all this time? For the last year they have had no problem leaving my packages unattended including Prime Pantry. In fact, they usually don't ring the doorbell, so how do they know it's unattended? My theory: Any excuse so they don't have to do their job correctly. Also the USPS email Customer Service part of the website has not worked for the last 3 hours. Seems like they don't want complaints to be in writing. Apparently they expect me to call them & be on hold the rest of my life and when I finally do get to speak to a live person I still don't get any customer service. On a previous issue I asked USPS to email me, but they insisted on calling me instead. Again, they don't want it in writing. If we truly lived in a capitalistic country, USPS would be out of business.

Customer service doesn't existed at USPS, i wish i could avoid using USPS all together.

Honestly, they should be out of business and are only still around b/c the government holds onto them. They don't do as good of a job as private companies like FedEx, but I guess the service is trustworthy, just not 100% recommended.

My tracking number stopped tracking in chicago I tried calling customer support and it took 10 attempts First 5 were busy signals after automated machine the second 4 was "This number is not Available" after the machine. And even the Customer Support Didn't provide me with any assistance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
