Безопасен ли va.gov?

I had found private information about myself as public information, which the VA has NO right to put this as public Knowledge! I have not shared this information anywhere and I will not go into what specifically it is as it is not supposed to be public knowledge! This should be against HIPPA Laws!

After being discriminated and having my civilian right trampled by the VA in La Jolla, which I know for a fact the main problem is Jeff Gerrin Director! He could have killed me as my Chronic Pain Morphine was stopped as it was used to make me do things against my will! I was told if I did not do what they wanted I would NOT get my pain medication! This is unethical and it is a matter of time before this VA Kills a veteran! Jeff Gerrin needs to be removed and we as veterans deserve better then that louse! That is my opinion of the louse Geoff Gerring, the Director at the VA in San Diego County La Jolla!! No veteran should have to suffer as I have and I am still having problems trying to get a new Primary Care Doctor, as my old Dr. Joanne Keenan was medically neglecting me! This occurred begging of Jan 2012 and the VA asked me what type of Dr. I wanted, which I told them I wanted a doctor that would care about me, that would listen, that would work with an outside doctor, that I could trust and feel comfortable with, that was not a college, friend or worked directly with Dr. Joanne P. Keenan and who was not at the VA in Mission Valley as that is where Dr. Joanne P. Keenan is, etc. Then they asked me if a Dr. Perry would be okay, after talking with this doctor for about 15-20 minutes over then phone all I heard come out of Dr. Perry's mouth was what she expected from me and not once did she say how she would care for me or that she would care at all for me. I summed up that conversation as Dr. Perry being self centered, all about Dr. Perry and not for the veterans! I told the VA "NO" Dr. Perry will not work as she is everything of the opposite of what I asked for! I did find out Dr. Perry works on the same team at VA Mission Valley! I had also found out that I was not the only person who thought DR. Perry to be self centered, as another veteran heard me talking about her while I was in line at the VA Pharmacy in La Jolla (San Diego County) he said and I quote, "You got that right she is self centered" and his companion whom was with him agreed as they told me their horrible encounter with her and her non caring attitude! In May 2013 I was forced to see her, as the VA La Jolla stated to me that I did not see her how can I decide that I did not like her, even though I told them I spoke with her over the phone. So after being forced to see her, it was extremely clear to me that the VA La Jolla was just Idiots as the appointment was horrible, I tried to keep an open mind, but it did not help with the poor attitude and protective attitude toward Dr. Keenan, the appointment was a nightmare I wanted to avoid, but was forced to attend before I could get transferred to a doctor whom I asked for! Like I told the VA if you can not find a female doctor, then pay for one outside the VA, so I can get one whom I feel comfortable with. I have been falsely accused by the VA and I am just discussed that they are lazy to find out the truth, instead they like to make assumptions and rely on these assumptions then looking on facts! That is just laziness on there part! I was told by a patient advocate that they did not want to listen to him as he was told he is not a doctor, but he represents me, and if the VA will not acknowledge him then let the veterans represent their selves or allow them an attorney to represent them! I have never felt so betrayed by my country! This is a disgrace that I am being treated like garbage. It has come to my attention that I am not alone as far as the VA discriminating veterans, as I was told by a patient advocate there are others that they are doing this to! They are ignoring our appeals! All these people who are discriminating against us veterans need to be removed for the good of all veterans! The story here is actually worst then what I have told you, as this has gone on for months that I do not have my new TOC (Transfer of Care). I have been having to use my medicare and as such I am in debt over 4K with medical bills. By the way I took the power of them taking my pain medication away from me after them doing this to me twice and lying to me, I said enough is enough. I currently get my pain medication outside of the VA and pay full price for my pain medication and other supplementation that I need to help my 2 incurable illnesses! They are very luck they did not kill me and as I instructed my spouse if that ever happens I want him to sue the beep beep beep out of them, as this would make me very happy to know he did this for me! I currently get my pain medication (Morphine and Percocet) outside of the VA and pay full price for my pain medication and other supplementation and medication that I need to help my 2 incurable illnesses! Both my husband and I are discussed with the VA and by the way my husband has witnessed firsthand all other underhand, cruel manipulative, unethical, discriminative, stupidity, unconstitutional antics, since I bring him to every appointment as a witness! I hope that my other fellow veterans have not had this level of horror for treatment from the VA health Care, as I have! If you have, which I know there are others out there, who have had their own terrible experiences , we as veterans need to unite to get a better VA for all of us Veterans who have served their country! We need to weed out our garden so to speak!ssed first hand all other underhand, cruel manipulative, unethical, discriminative, stupidity,,unconstitutional antics, since I bring him to every appointment as a witness! I hope that my other fellow veterans have not had this level of horror for treatment from the VA health Care, as I have!
