Безопасен ли vipresponse.nl?

Unsolicited emails apparently sent using mailing lists provided by this business contain a disclaimer that reads "You are receiving this email as your data was collected by Dailymailz to whom you have given consent to receive promotional communications from third parties. Dailymailz is operated by VIP Response B.V., Parijsboulevard 143C, 3541 CS Utrecht, The Netherlands, dpo [at] vipresponse [dot] nl." The claim that recipients have given consent is false, as the messages are sent to addresses (including spamtrap addresses) that have not consented to receive any emails from the sender. It is not clear whether vipresponse.nl is in any way responsible for these specific abusive messages.
