I've never had any problems with ViralUrl.com. Mainly I just use site to cloak links. I am a free member. I don't know if the unhappy commenters are upgraded members or not,maybe they really believed that they'd get rich using this site. I don't believe signing up with any system, affiliate program, product or service will make you rich in a short period of time, if ever. What I'm looking for is residual income. I believe this site can help me do that.
