Tech support is so so, Customer service is fair to good. the site could be more user friendly, watch out for double billing, don't click anything until you know your payment went through. that's the issue i am having and Sprint owns Virgin and once you have been double billed its almost impossible to get your money back.

I love Virgin Moble! I have never had one bad experience with them. Its my first cell phone company and it will stay that way. There is no reason for me to ever change companies when I'm already with the best. They have great phones, customer service, and great prices, who could ask for anything more.

There is no Technical Support. In the 6 months I have used this service only one time was I listened to about the issue that I had and not lied too. Virgin Mobile Overdrive Pro does not deliver advertised speeds Period and 3G is overpaid as to the service you get. I was always told there was a problem in the area I lived (SIMI VALLEY CA 93065) The fact is, yes there is a problem and you will not get the support or advertised speeds you pay for, It is all a lie.

Even though I've had a couple of problems in the past with this company, everything is generally all right. I needed a cheap cellphone again, and had no other option but to buy another one of these phones. They've definitely improved their customer service over the years, and were even willing to stay on the phone until everything was working right.
