Безопасен ли voga.com?

Voga changed their policy recently making it so they do not ship your orders. This change was not made clear on their website, which clearly misleading. I made a purchase and when I realized my mistake, instantly, reached out to cancel my order. I was told that this was impossible. Despite much complaining was forced to accept the purchase. Was then told I was to receive an e-mail when my order was ready. I did not receive an e-mail at all. Eventually I reached out and was told that my item had been storage for a while, and someone had forgotten to let me know. Eventually through interactions with a firm called DSV, which were not clear at all, I managed to have my item shipped (through UPS) to my home. Adding insult to injury the item is of considerable lower quality than other items I had purchased from them and much much inferior to the original. It is some sort of cheap knock-off that I am embarrassed to have in my home (and cost me close to 70% of the cost of the original as seen in local stores). Overall this was the most disappointing experience I've had in a while. Stay away, I do not think the company represents itself accurately.

This site is very hard to close down – you can't report it to the police because they always reply to your emails and the website voga.com and ***** never disappeared. By paying the amount of money for "replicas of design" produced especially for you, one agrees to their hidden terms and conditions. Moreover, the fact that they do not deliver and one has to pick up the order from their warehouses appears only after credit card details have been entered. My attempts to find out the pick up warehouse address via customer service resulted in no clear answer. Later I found out from my bank in Denmark that I could claim to return my money via NETS, but they charge for this operation 500DKK. Thus this partly fraudulent activity is supported by other financial institutions, who apparently earn money on people being cheated online.

I also bought, unfortunately, in VOGA.COM And also my order had never arrived. The only feedback I got from them was that it will be delayed, and that when it will finally be delivered, it won't be delivered to my address, but to another location where I'll have to use a 3rd party services to deliver it (which contradicts the contract where I have already paid for delivery). I believe they are a scam, the product will never arrive, and I suggest to no one to buy from them. Be aware and careful from VOGA.COM.

The prices on the web site claim to be a short term discount, but they are always the same. This seems to be in order to get you to buy before considering all options. For example: today it shows a 90% reduction, but the prices are the same as normal. I ordered a chair (before I discovered the pricing issue) and heard nothing. When I enquired they were having problems sourcing it. In the end it took about six months to get my order. Tat chair was fine when it did come.

FIRST OF, AS A CUSTOMER I MADE A PURCHASE TRUSTING VOGA, IN A MOMENT OF BUYING PLEASURE AND CARE FOR MY HOME AND FAMILY. VOGA NOT ONLY RUINED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE BUT UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE. WE SPENT OVER 500 EUROS AND IN 5 MONTHS OUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN HONORED , VOGA HAS CHANGED DELIVERY DATES OVER 4 TIMES NOW... WE HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 MONTHS PATIENTLY AND NOW THEY SAY WE HAVE TO WAIT ONE MORE! DON'T BELIEVE THEM ANY MORE AND FEAR FOR A SCAM...
