We have a terrific abuse team that monitors and follows up on any and all abuse complaints within our system. We provide our ***** address in case anyone can forward examples of SPAM they received.

I am on the Abuse team at VerticalResponse. I would like to note that we are strictly opposed to the sending of unsolicited mail. Our clients may only mail those people who have directly and specifically requested information from their company. No purchased, rented, borrowed, harvested or third party lists of any kind are allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. Clients who violate this policy are banned. If anyone ever receives a piece of unsolicited email sent through our system, please forward their email to our abuse @ ***** address, as we need to open an investigation immediately. I cannot stress enough how seriously we take this kind of issue.

It is subscriber e-based service that handle chiefly on online email subscription. Why will I be getting negative rating if it helps to mail out newsletter that I SUBSCRIBE to baby carrier store?
