Безопасен ли webhostingpad.com?

Avoid this service. They are abusing the renewal T&C's. Once you sign-up they charge you automatically for continuation of the service giving riduculous opt out period/conditions. I have been charged ***** USD for another 5 years of their service that I did not plan on procuring/using, and they have not given me any refund option. I am raising claim through Better Business Bureau, and although the amount is not significant I consider raising legal claim against them. If you have been cheated by this company's unfair T&C's I suggest you do the same - raise the complaint through BBB. There must be an end to these jokers. DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THIEVES WITH NO RESPECT FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

I had a very bad customer experience with WebHostingPad.com, i locked my self in a 4 year contract but i am forced to switch. My site is down at least once daily, and can be down 20-30 times an a single day!!!!!!!! Iv'e been loosing a lot of business during the times my site were down, Their customer support is horrible too!

***** - they automatically charge you when they automatically continue their servece for a next year, and you have to fill a cancellation request form on their site manually to cancel when the paid period is over. And if you cancelled they charge you $14.95 for domain name. I used their services for a couple of months in 2010, but now there's no need. I paid them for 12 months. And I almost forget them. They tried to get $68.35 from my credit card automatically some days ago. Then they sent me three notifications and they wrote that if I won't pay, they will be forced to turn my account over to a third party collector. (What a nice service!) I believe their conditions are not transparent.

There are thousands of dishonest hosting providers out there. Lousy hosting provider. What they say 'unlimited bandwidth and disk space' is a total joke. You'll get only 10GB first. After that, they'll review your file. If you have only type of files that are growing over time, you won't be given another disk space. As for downtime, my web site is down for 10 to 30~45 every day. I used ***** which emails me every down and up time. Another experience is when your site grows and you have thousands of visitors, they'll remove your site immediately saying that your site was hit by Denial of Service and couldn't be hosted any more. Without any REFUND! No matter how many years you've paid. I paid for 5 years as it's a cheap hosting. When I asked why by creating support ticket, they told me like this and my web site was removed immediately. I faced the same with byethosting - ***** .
