Безопасен ли windows-7-themes.com?

When I visited this site, I mistakingly had WOT OFF for an unknown reason. I Googled "Twister ThemePack" and I was taken to this site with a link to supposed "themepack". When I downloaded this file, it was an .exe file and not a clean .themepack file. I scanned the supposable .exe file with SuperAntiSpyware and WebRoot and nothing was reported. It came out clean because it was... at first. Then, after about 10 "Do you want to install ____?"'s came, it said "Download Twister Theme Pack". When you click that button, the program installs malicious code into your Temporary Files (I don't know why!" and infects your computer with Spyware. SAS (SuperAntiSpyware) reported when I clicked that button that I had 5 Spyware problems and WebRoot reported one, making that 6 in all. Windows then COMPLETLY froze. You couldn't get into anything. Then, after an hour and a half, I reboot in Safe Mode without Networking and scanned for spyware and removed it. I then ran CCleaner and removed Cookies and other files from the site. My PC is now clean and I am happy that I had SAS and WebRoot and WOT to my rescue. Please don't download/run anything from this site.

Tried to download a theme I wanted. blocked with a warning "multiple threats". Tried a few more and not 1 I tried was clean enough for my av to let me access it. I don't understand why this site is coming up green at all. I couldn't find a single clean download.

KAV immediately warned me when I attempted to download something. I really hope this site's "green" status goes away soon! I was hoping it was a safe site but evidently not enough people have given it a negative/warning rating yet. Do NOT download from this site!

Para cessar suas atividades, vá ao Gerenciador de Tarefas, em Serviços desative o ResultUrl Service. Depois, exclua o vírus com o Malwarebytes, e vá ao CCleaner para desinstalar. DON'T INSTALL! VIRUSES!

How is it possible that this is receiving a positive and safe rating? I opened this one up in VMWare and sure enough out of 10 that were installed in the test bed.. 7 were active Malware.. rather harmless LSO's.. still.. privacy invading malware nonetheless.
