Безопасен ли wolt.com?

Wolt partner (currier) Finland: my experience when I applied and got confirmed: 1) I have applied online to be a Wolt currier (freelance partner) 2) After several months, I get a notification that they have open positions. 3) I register for the webinar, where they don´t have precise information about VAT. 4) I need to apply with the app 5) I sign the contract online 6) Email exchange: I am told some contradictory information (first that say that I don´t neet VAT, then they say that I need VAT). 7) I tell them that I am ready to work, despite the misleading information about taxation and status of my own company. 8) More than twenty days are passed since the signing of the contract. I have exchanged a dozen emails. Since more than one week, I don´t even get a reply to my emails (I have sent them three emails). I don´t know if I am gonna work for them or not. 9) After contacting them by chat, I get a reply. They ask me exactly the same things that were asked before, and which I already answered fully. 10) They ask me for a residence permit, while I have already explained previously that I don´t need it cause I am a EU national. Days before, I have even sent them a copy of my Kela card and permanent registration in Finland. 11) I decide to wait, cause it does not seem professional to me. 12) I am ready to try again with Wolt, I write them that I am available to work. 13) Wolt asks me if I confirm that I am ready to work and if my paperwork is in order. 14) I confirm. 15) After twenty days, I get an automated message from wolt saying that my application has been been discontinued and if I want to work, I have to apply again 16) I don´t really understand the situation, I think that it is an automated procedure and I only have to go on the website and confirm my second application. When I go on the website, it shows that they are not currently hiring. BOTTOM LINE: I was happy to work with Wolt cause I have read some good reviews about them and it seems that they were better than other competitors. The fact that they gave me contradictory information already at the start, made me fear that would be not well organized. After months of attempting to finalize the agreement and ambiguous information, I have the confirmation that Wolt is not well organized and it has all been a waste of time and energy.
