They claim to give you money, but when you try to get your "big fat check" they need to send you a "verification" email which they never send. And if you try to contact them, they're never available and do not respond to emails. Yes I checked my spam folder. I checked everything and had it resend but nothing. no luck. They wont respond, and they have to "verify" my email to send the check they promised. Meanwhile they made money off my purchases and gave me nothing.

I placed an order with this website expecting to receive my item within a week. After not receiving it after a week, I went to check on it and their website said I had to wait for 3 weeks before filing a complaint. Well here I am 3 weeks since the order and I still haven't received the item I ordered and paid for.

I have ordered from Rakuten several times. I always received the item I ordered, but my Credit Card info has been stolen and used shortly after placing orders on Rakuten on three different Credit Cards. I got a brand new CC, used it to buy something off of Rakuten and three days later I had an attempted charge of $2600 for a hotel and several $100 charges from overseas vendors. I really wanted to use Rakuten because of the super point incentives, but stay away from them or try using paypal with them instead.

So far not that great of an experience with this company. Partially my fault because I took what their website gave as a description and tech details as true. The product I got was not what I wanted. The product matched the model number but due to the description, pictures and general overview I believed I was purchasing something else. I have found many inaccuracies on this site and am in the process of trying to get what I ordered for the price I ordered it, but it doesnt look as if this is going to happen. I have also opted out of all emails and have now marked them as spam. They send them to you regardless of your email preferences. Avoid this site and company at all costs. Their business ethic is horrible, their products are inaccurate and they spam you with multiple emails a day and there is no way to remove yourself from their list.
