Click on a link and you are sent to a flagged website and a link to an .exe that contains malware pops up. This is a dangerous site.

I'm so sick of peoples comments saying ' this torrent site isn't suitable for children' I'm not being nasty but of coarse it isn't ! people shouldn't be letting their children on-line unsupervised anyway , come people it's your job to look after your children NOT the Internets job .

Thank you for your comment. We agree that this site is suitable for children, as we don't have any adult content on the site itself (so no images or videos). The only thing we have is the names of the torrents and the torrent file. For the user to be able to see pornographic content, he would have to download an adult torrent and download the content off of other peers (not of our site!), so we disagree with the poor child safety rating we are getting.
One click and Avast blocked a Trojan.

Yeah guys it right few links lead you to some red mark sites, but there is one more point. It is one of the few sites whose free(not sponsored or featured) torrent fies you can trust and also it has verified and unverified torrents. You can always go for verified torrents and also the unverified torrents are also sometimes good.
The point is it doesn't provide fake torrents that's content match the name.
It's my personal experience if it differs than yours you can just ignore the comment and for those who are still to try, when it comes to torrent you have to decide for yourself.

There are actually no links to other unethical sites, unless you mean other torrent sites, which are ethical according to where you have grown up. In Spain, where the site is half-based, people find it ethical to download things from the Internet or buy it for cheap off the streets. It's even legal.
Redirects to red-flag sites that contain viruses. Don't trust it!

Thank you for your comment. There are actually no sites that YourBittorrent links to that contains virusses. We scan our link exchanges regularly to make sure they provide the same or better quality than we do.

Thank you for your automated comment. YourBittorrent.com has no malicious content, spyware, scamware, adware or virusses on its website. The machine or person that allegedly found this "bot", was plain wrong.
NBC Universal honeypot site, DO NOT USE
Some wireless leech in my neighborhood managed to get me a notice from NBC Universal complaining about downloading a torrent with hash code 13d7d9f7de160c37631bb36cd6538d8c13f008c9. Looking that up in Google, only one site comes up. Therefore, it's an RIAA honeypot.

Thank you for your comment. YourBittorrent automatically crawls the web to find new torrents. A honeypot torrent could in that case have been crawled by YourBittorrent just like any other site could have gotten it. It's doesn't mean that YourBittorrent is a website associated with RIAA. Quite the opposite...

Thank you for your comment. YourBittorrent employs several filters to disallow access to young people to adult orientated content. However, any person that knows the exact name of a porn file available through the BitTorrent network, is able to find it's torrent through the YourBittorrent.com website. This doesn't mean that the website by itself has any adult content. The person in question would have to download a torrent client, download the torrent from the site, insert it into the client and download the adult content from other sources onto their PC's. So, yes, it's possible to find said content, but only after some hard work. Just like it's possible to find the same content on Google by typing "sex" in the search field.

Thank you for your comment. YourBittorrent has existed since 2003 and has never had virusses. If we had, we wouldn't still have 300.000 visitors a day enjoying our torrents.
