Zynga has the worst customer support ever. They will answer you in almost 1 month. Don't recomend to pay on their overpriced "Games"

I find the above rating extremely hard to believe. This company's texas hold'em app is so rigged. They have absolutely no care for player security. They are more worried about players giving chips to friends than they are about the hackers who still player chips. There is ZERO customer service, and it is the general consensus of nearly every player on the app that it is actually Zynga who steals chips in an effort to get players to purchase from them. In my opinion-Zynga is the single most pathetic, fraudulent, thieving, criminal, company in existence today.

I played Mafia Wars on Facebook and bought in to the Block Buster deal through Zynga. The deal was if I signed up through Zynga I'd receive 100 reward points that can be used towards the game. I never received my points, jumped through Zynga's hoops and still never received my points. I hate it when people don't live up to their end of a deal A deal THEY offered. I wrote Block Buster, canceled my membership with explanation as to why. All so offered the advice that Block Buster suspend Zynga's affiliate status. If you are thinking of signing up through Zynga for reward points. DON'T DO IT! You will NOT receive anything other than frustration.

I have been playing several of the games that Zynga has created, via Face Book, for quite some time now. While I have found that a few of their games that I have tried are quite entertaining, all of them are plagued by glitches and freezes of various kinds. Even when Zynga goes through a game and makes 'improvements', the major glitches that ruin the experience of playing that game almost always still remain. When a game is glitching out or if someone is harassing you in some way in a game, Zynga asks that you submit a form to them via their website. But only one of the questions or comments I submitted to them were ever sufficiently responded to by their support team. Worse still, when I tried to submit a report about another user who was abusing me in one of their games, they deleted my report without any form of response. I had followed their instructions properly and had attached the image evidence (which was collected in the exact way instructed) the way that they instructed me to do so. All of the Zynga games that I have tried to play, and I've played at least ten of them, feature some form of 'earn points by doing offers' system. But if you look at said offer list, you'll notice that 99% of them are the same untrustworthy and/or malicious sites that you would find on scam sites that say you can win something, but then charge you for it in one way or another. Twice, however, I found offers where they give you points just to go try out a game made by some affiliate. I completed the offers in full, but did not receive the points in either case. I used their "SuperRewards" site that the deals are done through to report this, and they led me around in circles for up to two weeks before they eventually awarded me the points. That's terrible customer service.

Never really have any problems unless they have beta additions to the games, and it's the beta additions that give me a problem, not the game itself.

I have purchased experience points through there vendors numerous times and have not received any of the purchased points. Customer service was contacted and notified and they responded back about a month later and told me to take it up with the vendor. When I contacted the vendor I was advised that I needed to contact zynga to resolve the experience points problem because it's up to them to post them. Customer service is very poor. Do not recommend, you will receive no help from customer support and any matters.

Play their apps on MySpace. Street Racing keeps crashing (no pun intended) and takes away your rewards.

As a paying customer of Zynga, I must say that I am supremely disappointed by the lack of customer service response to complaints regarding cheaters. I operate a website (www.sonicneon.com) that allows other players to report cheaters to Zynga through me and a group of other highly tech-savvy indiviuals. Vendor reliability is VERY POOR, and I would NOT recommend that anyone spend a single PENNY with this company, until they improve their customer service, eliminate the cheaters, and start listening to us, the ones who pay their salaries. In short, Zynga is crummy in almost every aspect on which you could rate them, bar none. Whatever you do, you'd be well advised to steer clear of Zynga if you do not enjoy wasting money on products that do not work as promised, and have no desire for customer support. Enough said. Zynga sucks.
