Is 000webhost.com Safe?

ipconfirm.exe -- Not required anymore, but it still lies in 000webhost's history. Affiliate Program -- Total SCAM. Makes up lame excuses as to why they haven't payed out. It's ok hosting but they are quite annoying as they do kind of 'occupy' your site...

I tried to setup the free webhosting, to experience the service first hand. They asked me to download an exe for verification and limiting to single use. When I tried to install that, my anti-virus program blocked it. I wrote to them. its' been over a month now and there's no response from them. So, my lowest rating on all 5 parameters. Moreover, a public service like this should not keep their whois information private.

Included in the CWS List: Either linked to sites that run exploits, are found in the code of CWS files that have been infested on computers, or their whois with their mostly faked aliases and/or emails are registered to other domains that run the CWS exploits.
