Ordered some bath powder, product arrived damaged. Gave me hell in returning, spent months emailing back and forth. Wanted to pay all shipping costs for returning and shipping here again, would've totaled $30 shipping for a 4oz item total. They were rude and inconsiderate, even at one point stopped responding to my emails completely. The item was damaged due to poor packing, using simple scotch tape to keep a make-shift lid on a plastic container.

Have been a customer of 1st perfume for several years. They carry original, top quality fragrances at very good prices. The only problem I'm currently having: one of my favorite fragrances has been out of stock for over a year. Hopefully, that will soon be resolved.
