This is a video hosting site. I can't trust it totaly as it's used for advertisements, but that's it.
It's always possible that some ads hosted to be objectionable or malicious. It's always a risk and the owner of the site can't prevent dubious peoples from posting malicious content. They can only remove such content after the fact.
I've never seen content not suitable for childrens in what i've seen so far.

well, there is a some ad videos on there and people who put them on the their site or facebook, gets some credits from views.. nothing bad on this one. and the ads are nice too, like game and movie trailers.
