I ordered a global key for Steam, but it turned out I couldn't redeem it in my country. I reached out to support, and while they responded quickly, they required me to submit multiple screenshots of my client and user info. I've never had issues with discount key shops before, but this experience with HRKGame was frustrating. I won't be using their service again.

HRK is scam website i just purchased to get FIFA 23 and till now i didn’t get the key, it tells me contact the support Code: 1009 to get your key!
Fake live support chat even when you try to tell them your problem they block your ip device to not annoy them on live chat support and ask them to replay to your ticket.
for Ticket Support is also it has been more than 72hours didn’t answer me, they describe that support will replay in 48hours maximum

I brought the key work for 2 months and then stop !
i call MS and told me that this key is product of a SCAM and its disabled and HRK support 1st told me to wait 48H then 24H i m still waiting! SCAMMERS took money and sell scammed product!
I ask Microsoft support to send me email with the SCAM situation just to post it public and protect the others !

Not available to me, because I would firstly have to send them my whole data.
After I finished my order I am not allowed to see my key because I have to upload an image of me and my ID card, what is highly unconfidential. Also interesting that this "safety feature" comes up AFTER I gave them my money.
