I use this site for tips on running a marathon. It's a fantastic site - I go from one article to the next with so much ease of use, and I have learned a lot about preparing for marathon training and the big day. I could not recommend this site enough for newbie or experienced runners. Only chose 'unsatisfactory' for child protection because I have only used a tiny section of this site and am unaware of the rest of the site content.

Safe and reliable.
