It is clear in its objectives, as outlined by its description at the top, and cannot be considered a phishing site as only users who give their details AND consent to be contacted are indeed so. Also contains useful information about how to claim. maybe not everyone's cup of tea but the official site of a strictly-regulated and open legal services provider, regardless of what you might personally think of the industry.
