Le bloqueur de publicités le plus connu sur internet. Si des pubs passent malgré Adblock Plus et qu'elles sont acceptable, c'est une option qu'on peut décocher dans les paramètres de ce bloqueur de pubs. Adblock Plus essaie avec ses pubs acceptables non filtrés par défaut d'éduquer les webmasters à ne pas abuser des pubs pour ne pas contraindre l'internaute agacé à fuir le site ou à se barricader derrière des bloqueurs de pubs et d'autres nuisibles, ce qui nuit à l'internet gratuit. Mais cela ressemble maintenant à un jeu du chat et de la souris avec des sites non ouverts à la compréhension.
