Buyer beware. If something goes wrong and you request a refund, you may never get it. I have been trying for almost 1 year to get a $649 refund AFTER following their instructions and faxing the requested Letter Of Software Destruction. Now I no longer have the software or the refund. See the Adobe Forum for other unhappy refund stories.
