No viruses, the customer service is excellent, free games. what more can you ask for? Aeria games also it partnered with EA hosting battlefield heroes and Need for speed world. Also, those who rate this site poor are usually the trolls who have a childish grudge against Aeria and takes there comments falsely to the extreme.

this company has a poor repuation for costomer serves. the GM are biased the events are scams. the contact us only works if your reporting something that effects there busniess image. the GM ban your for no reason at times (says in ToS they can ban for no reason) also if they ban you for no reason there is the option to sue them.

Shitty game site, their hacking-protection system, GameGuard, Is completely HORRIBLE and I have been banned almost 30 times on different accounts for "Hacking" along with most of the people I know. 99% false positives, most hackers aren't caught for days, while innocent people are insta-banned.
