Made a purchase, paid fast shipping and didn't get it. Item was supposed to be new but came not in new packaging, suspect secondhand. Power adapter faulty and wrong amp, couldn't download app as required to operate. Was not as advertised. Bought because alibaba claims buyer protection but they do nothing. Seller still giving me runaround, dispute process didn't work and alibaba was supposed to step in and hasn't.
Don't buy from them you have no protection as they claim if you run into problems!!!!!

Used it just a couple of times, got goods that were smaller and of terrible quality. Vendors there are just bunch of thieves.

I trust the site itself, its safe fast and convenient. But same as ebay the sellers need to be reviewed before buying anything as china market has many scam issues
