i'VE DOWNLOADED THIS TOOLBAR TWICE. Both times it added spyware that my security system caught before I did. I kept getting unsolicited e-mails even though I requested to be removed from their subscription list.

Spyware and Adware. Installs a tool bar which will prevent you from accessing some security programs. very bad piece of software. To remove from your Firefox Browser : click on tools > Add/ons > Extensions > click on the ALOT Toolbar to highlight > click on Uninstall. Restart Firefox.
