Is amazon.com Safe?

Great online retailer. I've ordered hundreds of items from Amazon in the past decade and I've never had a problem. Christmas, birthdays, any time of year their delivery is always quick. I would speak to their customer service, but I've never even needed to call! Great site, great service.

Always a good experience w/Amazon. Sometimes it seems like they actually have TOO many things available to make your customer experience better. Just ends up crowding the page & being slightly confusing during checkout, but overall a good experience & site.

***** is a WONDERFUL site! It's also a very friendly environment! But you should keep this in mind: amazon.com is MAINLY made up of INDEPENDENT SELLERS! So you should (like on any other website of this category) double check the price of all the listings & the specifics of any warranties AND also check out the individual seller's ratings & reviews. In the worst case scenario though, amazon has very friendly customer service. (I've never actually had to use it for a PURCHASE, though...) OVERALL ***** IS DEFINITELY WORTH SHOPPING AT!

I have never EVER had trouble with amazon.com -i guess that any company can make mistakes, after all companies are run by humans, -and they employ humans too. There have been mistakes, when wrong items were sent. once in a while I get a damaged item. but what I LOVE about this company is how they are honest and how they will replace damaged goods, return funds to a dissatisfied customer with no argument. I think that this shows a lot of TRUST. I once ordered a LOTR collecters edition box set that got damaged in the mail. They offered to send an additional one claming that it would not be cost effective for me to return the damaged goods. Which was cool. Go Amazon.com!!!
