After a $1136 Australian dollar purchase in March 2018 for a galaxy note 8, it took me two weeks to get reply contact from them and ask what was going on, order was placed and paid instantly through bank transfer, my first mistake. second mistake was waiting another two weeks after allowing them time to apparently check the status with their"dispatch supplier" after which they recommended waiting up to 90 days for a refund, third mistake was expecting to get a refund after the 10 days they stated the process it may take. it is now July of 2018, four months have passed and I still have not seen a cent of the money they stole from me, the websites stated item in stock. the dispatch time was priority processing, aka priority take the money and run. ACCC has received my report, THE BANK COULDNT REFUND because the account holder has skipped the country and ran with our money, never deal with digital skies group pty ltd ABN 70 166 898 684. shareholders Yuen Ho Wong 26%, Sze Lok Chan 24%, Ching Man Fong 25% and Christopher Lee Harding 25%. after several contact attempts and bounced emails, disconnected phone contact lines and zero contact returned I doubt I will ever get a refund, and am deeply disheartened that this website has scammed so many others. a simple Google search results in many negative reviews from the past 12 months. regardless if the business has gone under and they couldnt keep with demand, they shouldn't be taking orders and payment for things they could not for full, let alone refund the money they unlawfully stole. the only other option is to sue the company for their negligence, and hope for the best outcome. a disgruntled customer.

I have personally purchased a number of watches from this site (4 to be exact - spending almost $300) and so far have found it to be perfectly fine. The Casio/G-Shock watches were genuine and came exactly as promised (in new packaging with all warranties) for a great price. I guess I can understand others saying it seems "suspicious" because the prices are so good but have they actually had a bad experience posting that? I'm guessing not because they don't actually specify anything - they just mark it as negative which to me is more suspicious than the site itself. Obviously, do your due diligence on purchasing anything online and calculate the risks remembering you can always contact your credit card company about being scammed etc. My actual experience with the site was great and I would buy again if I wanted to purchase something more they had for a well-discounted price.

I purchased A Samsung J5 and on arrival it would reboot itself during the initial setup and then when it was finally going it could not be woken up after the screen had shut off and the battery pulled to reboot so the phone was virtually useless. I contacted Android Enjoyed and they gave me a number of things to try – none of which made any difference. Finally they told me to update to the latest firmware. Doing it OTA said it was up to date. I tried Kies but it would not work with the phone. Sammobile had a later version listed so I installed that via Odin. That made no difference either. Android Enjoyed now tell me "we received advise that claim is rejected. as originally we have informed you to update firmware within official channel but since you used software to flash firmware, this has voided our warranty." All I was asked to do was "Please check with customer, if they can update to the latest firmware, thanks". Never again!

I was looking to buy a nexus 5x because the price was pretty good. Obviously I'm not going to make a transaction without some research. I gotta say I am completely turned off from this website. The amount of complaints I found on the web is unbelievable. The owner claims that their reputation is facing some kind of a smear campaign, and that many of the negative comments are fake... while I can't speak for every review-Let me make myself clear.. There can be no doubt that a great deal of the negative reviews u find on the web about this company are not fake at all but 100% genuine. People are often complaining about the same things= HORRIBLE AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE A few things you can look forward to when making a purchase your not happy with because of problems with the product: 1) Hell making a warranty claim 2) frustration returning a DOA 3) A struggle to get your money back 4) Stress & time contacting Fair Trading & other Australian entities to resolve the issues you face with this company. 5) A hard time getting honest straight forward answers and not having your time wasted by "customer service" when things go south. They purposely waste your time in the hope that u get exhausted and give up on the matter. The website is very misleading as well. It presents itself as being some kind of an Australian business located in Australia. It doesn't out-in-out lie upfront about this but it is very cunning when it uses words like "Australian warranty" (The bloody products need to be sent back to Hong Kong) and gives an Australian address for "location" which is nothing more than a P.O. Box address. The true location is in Hong Kong. Another misleading aspect of the website is the FAKE live chat option. I have tested this on numerous occasions and I can assure you that the reply you get back is an AUTOMATED message asking for your cursed email address. I'm not surprised they have a hidden Whois. My advice.... If your a risk taker by nature please go ahead and make your purchases. There is a possibility you will get what you ordered and you won't have after purchase problems, BUT if you don't want to take that scary risk STAY AWAY!! I would have left this unrated but considering this website doesn't yet have a reputation even though several users rated below I thought I better paint it red. .

Hi Thanks for letting us know your concerns and we are trying to address many of the false and misleading reviews, but unfortunately we have been a target of scammers and spam campaigns alike and it will take sometime to have such reviews removed. We have a hidden whois to protect owner and employee personal information much like many companies including mywot.com in fact this is rather a standard business practice.

Hi Many of these reviews are false and misleading, also with many not placed by actual customers. We do not send and will not and never have sent fake items, we stand by this so much that we will offer anyone who can prove they received a fake item 10 times there money back, so if anyone believes they received a fake item they are welcome to get the device inspected for its authenticity. It is impossible to guarantee that all items shipped are not faulty, this is why retailers and manufacturers alike have DOA policies, this is also why there is provisions under Australian Consumer Law for such instances, but we most certainly do not knowingly or willing send faulty items to customers, but any customer who does receive a faulty item is welcome to a full refund. We honour all warranty claims, as part of the warranty process we will either repair the product or offer an option of replacement of the product for the same or newer equivalent model or a refund of the customers money in the event we can not repair the product in a reasonable amount of time or it is uneconomical for repair. The link to product review has many false and misleading reviews, including reviews posted by scammers trying to exploit our online reputation.
Never Again (Paid $50 For Express Post To Deliver Within 1 To 2 Days Never Delivered 1 out of 5, reviewed on Dec 10, 2015, viewed 20 times Don't buy from here with their crap service. Buy if you want to be regret. - I paid $50 for 1 to 2 days delivery, 3 days after I purchased they send me email that I will be receiving it within 3 to 7 days. - I contacted them and they said they don't have it in stock and they don't even know when they will have it. - Customer service disconnected my phone call purposely 6 times, and they tried not to pick up my phone for many times as they see your number when you call. - They cancelled my order without confirming with me, so they can stay out of problems. - End up talking with manager, she was very very rude and just didn't care, all she said was we cancelled your order and we will refund your money, its been a month and im still waiting for my money. The worst ever service in the world!

Hi Ahmad We do not offer a 1 to 2 day delivery time frame, we never have as its simply not possible to make such a guarantee. The delivery service you purchased was a VIP upgrade which states it SAVES 1-2 working days on the standard delivery time frames, all of which excludes processing times, which is advertised on every product page as 3-7 days. Correct we didn't have stock that we could supply you with as you were leaving for overseas with in a time frame which would of not allowed us to deliver the goods with in the estimated time frame we advertised, if you were not leaving for overseas we would of be able to supply the goods with in our advertised time frame. You requested we cancel your order as we couldn't deliver it to you with in the timeframe you wanted, we can also see you placed your order on the Sunday the 6th of December and cancelled it on Wednesday the 9th of December and we processed the refund on the 11th of December. If you need proof of refund dates etc we can forward this all to you. Our customer service team did not disconnect your call on purpose at any time, in regards to not answering all of your calls please understand that during Christmas it is a peak period and it is simply not possible to answer every call. Our customers service manager was not rude and was quite apologetic that we could not accommodate your specific request and made every attempt to see if it was possible to deliver the goods to you before your trip overseas on the 10th of December, but it simply was not possible and under perfect conditions there would of only been a 50% chance of you receiving the goods on time anyway. We are sorry we were not able to assist you with your purchase or accommodate your request.
