Don't even bother asking a question here. You'll get some canned response from a moderator that won't even be related to your problem, and after a few days they'll close your thread as "answered" by the response that didn't answer anything. If you're really lucky, they'll call in an "MVP" to look smart by spewing jargon all over the place, also not related to your problem.

It's Microsoft. What can you do? No matter how you feel, whether full of trust or full of paranoia, they can collect all your data. They own your OS.

They truly have a knack for answers that often times aren't answers.
Also, the cookie demand notice is rather ominous if you have them turned off.
When Microsoft wants to they can do things well. When they don't they act more like Microsucks.
