I ordered a Ubro M1 smartphone from Antelife on Oct 21, 2015. On Oct 27 I sent them an email asking if they had shipped it yet, as I had not received an email advising they had. They later replied they would soon be shipping it. Six days is not really good enough. Then they sent another email advising the black one I ordered was not in stock and would I like a white one. I replied immediately that I did not want a white one and suggested they either immediately send a similar phone (I made a suggestion), or they refund the money to my Paypal account. They did not respond. I sent six more emails over the next day asking for a refund. By that time I did not want to order another phone from them given their poor customer service. I did not receive a response. Finally I opened a claim through Paypal. Antelife then responded again asking me if I want a white one. I again said no. A day later I received an email from Antelife. They were now responding to my email of a few days before in which I suggested a replacement. They said they would ship this phone in place of the Ubro. I immediately replied I did not want a phone from them and to refund my money as per my emails and Paypal claim. I have not received any further communication from them. They are pathetic. They take 6 days to say they don't have my item in stock, then can't refund my money. When I ordered the phone I paid immediately. I should expect the same in return.

Don' buy from them They might have nice and cheap mobiles, I'll suggest to everyone don't buy any mobile from Antelife.I have bought one, used for less than one month and 3/4 of the screen went off. According to Antelife the warranty is only 7 days, rediculas.After exchanging e-mail between us (me and all the staff of Antelife, because every day that I have used to receive the e-mail from them the sender was different) I send the mobile back with all conditions and as the Antelife write to do, I have send the mobile with registered post (tracking number). Antelife receive the mobile, but they insist that they didn't receive and send me back another mobile worst of what I send, one of SIM cards is not working.This experience I want to share with everyone that only think to buy something from Antelife.Don't even dream to buy something from Antelife .Thanks

I ordered a G3 on antelife, got lucky and received a G3S with black case and 16gb micro sd card (a $25 value for me). I have had this phone for 2 month and a half and I still love this phone. I was trying to justify spending extra $80 and purchasing the G4 model but settled on this model as a startup and unsure on how this phone would work in USA. First of all customer service from antelife.com was above and beyond excellent. Phone was orded on expedite shipping from Hong Kong, but shipping company screwed up the shipping and returned it back to them. They immediately refunded my expedite shipping fee and re-expedited the phone for free. They communicated with me every step of the way, so they have earned my 5 STAR. About the phone, it does come with chinese apps that just needs to be disabled but I have come to realize that this phone stands apart form all these other samsung and htc copy cat phones because of its operation type. Jiayu has portrayed its style as Jiayu style. I am an outdoor person and do not require to be gentle with this phone thats why I call it my man-phone. The gorilla glass gives me the confidence that I dont need to be gentle with this phone. The black case sent with the phone is heavy quality rubber and Jiayu personalized which gives the phone the whole rugged feel. The back case is soft and flimzy but case covers it all. Phone also comes with a screen protector that needs to be applied for added protection. Camera is great compared to my last 2 phones with 6mp-8mp depending on the screen shot. International travel will only require a sim card addition with dual simcard slots and no reason to carry multiple phones when traveling international. Great part is that I am free from contract. We used to pay $160/month with sprint on family plans and crappy smart phones, now we pay $88/month for the same usage with ATT from PuretalkUSA with a simcard with these really fast processing phones. Next upgrade will surely be Jiayu G4. This is a great man-phone for outdoor men and overall a very sexy phone.

i just recieve the phone xiaomi mi2s from antelife and finished setting up the phone. In a word, "outstanding"! Very easy to set up despite the fact that there are limited instructions. The phone is very intuitive and I had no problem with the set up including wi-fi and my hi-speed data service. It comes preloaded with all of the essential Google apps which was also very easy to set up. It comes with a white back which I don't particularly care for. Hopefully, I will be able to find a genuine black back and will search for one online.
