This must be the slowest mail provider on the planet, I got super fast connection but it still takes forever.

AOL went from being the best service provider on the internet to the absolute worst. Phone reps that can't even speak English and TOS rules that are inconsistenty enforced by incompetent boobs make for horrible customer service. After 15 years as a loyal customer, I finally had enough of their incompetence and deleted their clunky virus-like software from my machine. Good riddance to a useless service.

Aol has spam blockers that work also, also content block for sites & mail.

As far as the pop ups go , you can use the pop up blocker that WORKS!

Unsecure, AOL the ISP and "Bring your own Access" installs apps without permission, slows down system, lots of pop ups - does not completely uninstall.

When you get Mail from someone who uses aol
it has an ad at the bottom.
