company has always made good on every order i have ever placed. when the last order was damaged by the shipping company used, Apex refunded the full order (3 batteries) amount. they have their contact information available on the webpage. their customer service was good too.

---Sept. 2012: I have ordered from Apex Battery numerous times, over the past few years, on behalf of several of my clients. My predecessor had been doing business with them for decades. We have always been satisfied with their large selection, competitive prices, good customer service (ask for Jennifer), and fast shipping. Their info page (http://www.apexbattery.com/info.html) clearly lists their address in Anaheim Hill, CA, along with their phone number, fax number, and email. They've been in business for 50 years, and have a reputation as a dependable supplier of sealed lead acid batteries in my industry (occupational health & safety / security). My comment was entirely unsolicited - I'm just so happy with their service, I felt obligated to share my recommendation. ---May, 2013 Update: A client recently purchased a number of replacement power cells for their computer UPS systems from Apex Battery, on my recommendation. The sealed lead acid batteries arrived in a timely manner, though I think our UPS delivery guy hates us now (each box had several cells, and was around 45 lbs). The batteries were packaged quite securely, were in excellent condition, and already had a near-full charge. Each cell fit perfectly into each unit. A few weeks after the switch, we had no problems at all. Another great customer experience - and a real workout - with Apex Battery.

Wouldn't trust this site to buy 5 ¢ worth of candy. At the bottom of the page where it says "Contact Us" goes to a blank page, no physical, address, no P.O. Box, not a damned thing. Another link at the bottom of the page "Company Info" goes to a page that starts with: "This Item Has Moved! Please Search Again". Run for the hills!
