Virustotal scans of their screen recorder program turns up at least one "trojan" result. Proceed with caution.

Third time I've tried to renew a product, third time it's happened. There's a complicated formula to enter your passcode. Their emails on how to do it confuse you even more. A week of my sending emails they never understood: they kept sending me the same thing over and over. When I screamed CANCEL, REFUND for the 10th time they suddenly realized they were sending me codes for the wrong product. Good software, but unless you've got plenty of time and patience, don't even try.

Signed up to use the solution for 1 month...they keep billing me. I complained and they maintained they would not bill me any longer, but they billed me once more.

Went to purchase ApowerREC, and they charged me $590 for their Apowersoft Ultimate without my consent. Sent several emails to their company over 5 days, and asking ***** for a refund, but ApowerSoft is not responding. There's no way to confirm your order before being charged, so they can add whatever extra software they want. Their return policy really isn't a return policy, and impossible to get your money back. They are dishonest, misleading, and and will steal whatever money they can from you. Zero customer support. Worst online experience ever in my life. Stay far away from this company.

Misleading trial version. You can't even use the basic function of this software, which is recovering lost files. You will scan your computer for hours before learning it though..
