Scam! After payment I was notified that there was a problem creating my account. Customer services ignored my tickets and mails. Even payment processor tried to reach them, without success so I received a refund from the payment processor. Betrug! Nach der Zahlung wurde mir angezeigt, dass ein Fehler beim Erstellen des Accounts aufgetreten ist und ich den Support kontaktieren sollte. Leider antwortete dieser nicht. Auch der Zahlungsprozessor, der die ebenfalls versucht hat zu kontaktieren scheiterte, sodass ich letztendlich eine Rückzahlung vom Zahlungsdienstleister erhalten habe. Leider sitzt die Firma in Singapur, sodass rechtliche Schritte wohl sinnlos sind.

Now, this site is for the Usenet service provider "Astraweb", and I have been using their unlimited plan for 3 months now with no issue. They have a very good price/plan ratio - much cheaper than Giganews. The service they sell however, is heavy used for piracy of games, music, movies, etc - Usenet that is. Overall the site and the provider are good, but what they provide service for is not.
