Is banggood.com Safe?

Bougth some RC toys and cheap electronic from Banggood and everything fine. Free post tax is great. Even when i had problem with delivery, they send my refund. Good customer service. I can recommend this eshop.

They were at great price and they are exactly as described. The customer service is the best. I am very happy. Best quality. The lamps color is exactly as shown on the photo. The vacuum bag is great, space saving is enormous! It is very easy to suck the air out with a standard household vacuum cleaner. just takes one minute and my spare blankets and pillows just 30% the size. I have stored them for a couple of days now and the vacuum appears to hold pretty well. I also recommend to take good measure before ordering these. they are very big! My customer service person, Kelly, is great. She kept me up to date on my purchase and when I would get it. The shipping was very fast and I was ordering from Hungary so I though it would take longer but they came very fast and packaged well. I can't wait to buy more things from Banggood.com. I know I will get the best quality.

1. Tracking is a problem. My parcel was shown as received by Air China on 22/9 with only "In Transit" thereafter until arrival at my address on 8/10 when I could easily been out. 2. My usual size is M but, because of size discrepancies with garments here, I ordered XL after careful measuring etc. However, even XL is barely large enough: the chest being exact and the arms, particularly around the biceps, being almost a tight fit. 3. I am keeping it because it is value for money and I avoid hassles.

I have passed nearly 60 orders in 3 months with Banggood. They offer by far the best deals. No matter how small the order, the shipping is free. I have saved hundreds on RC model products where they have a decent range of products. Unless the product is in their UK warehouse, the delivery is obviously slow: 3 to 6 weeks on average. So I still half heartedly resort to websites such as the overpriced Amazon (which by the way I regretted since a "Prime" overnight delivery turned into a 6 week treasure hunt) when I need an overnight delivery or when I cannot find what I am looking for. Banggood never lost any order and their customer service is very helpful. I always go to them first.

I purchased some rare earth magnet from this site. Initially i am a bit hesitate, the price is good and  i figure maybe the quality will be so so.. but to my surprise the quality is same as the one i purchase from an expensive site.I will definitely recommend this site to others.

At first, I had a problem with the item when it arrived. The gimbal was bent upon arrival due to bad packaging or shipping. However, I've contacted Banggood customer service and they were very patient and helpful. They gave me a full refund. This shows that that really lived up to their refund policy although the item is defective when arrived which is not entirely their fault.

I've now made few orders at Banggood.com.... shipping and delivery are very fast and in case of troubles Banggood Team is always here to ease customers' life. Very very professional. If you add to this a HUUUUGGGE catalog of products, It's simply impossible to not use Banggood.com!
