Is banggood.com Safe?

Es una muy buena web para comprar. He comprado varios artículos, sobre todo móviles y bombillas y nunca he tenido problemas. La última compra se quedaron sin stock, me preguntaron si quería un producto similar y como dije que no, me devolvieron el dinero a la cuenta muy rápido. Totalmente recomendable por la atención al cliente

I purchased 1x Hubsan X4 107C quadcopter, 1x Hubsan X4 107L quadcopter, 1x U wrench (repair tool), 1x spare propellers, 1x spare battery pack of 5. They shipped everything except for the X4 107L and their customer support won't acknowledge that they didn't ship the 107L. I've sent them photographic proof over a week ago and they still continue to insist that the product arrived at my house. I'm glad I paid via paypal since I can at least issue a chargeback even though it's been 20 days since I initiated contact to try to get this issue resolved.

Desde que descobri o site da Banggood e comecei a encomendar artigos, nunca mais quis outra coisa. Preços excelentes, sempre com artigos novos, bem empacotados. Pelo correio normal demora um pouco a vir, mas é normal dado a distância :) O serviço de apoio ao cliente também é excelente, respondem com rapidez e sempre dispostos a solucionar o problema. Já o recomendei a familiares e amigos, onde já fizeram também compras e ficaram satisfeitos.

Acquisto materiale all'estero perchè spesso lo trovo conveniente o non reperibile in Italia. Ho selezionato diversi venditori con il tempo. Ho percentualmente avuto i miei problemi per spedizioni e inconvenienti, ma ho sempre avuto risposte e soluzioni anche oltre i tempi massimi previsti da questo venditore. Il materiale è sempre stato conforme a quanto chiesto. Il venditore per me è altamente affidabile e merita il massimo positivo.

Ordering since beginning of 2013 at Banggood.com. A lot of RC helicopters and parts. Orders arrive in very good condition in The Netherlands because of the custom packing. Never had a problem with delivering. Only problem I had is very good handled by customer support! They always answer emails within 24 hours! So very happy with Banggood.com!!

I bought my first product on this store (a silicone case for my cell phone) and the item that came wasn't the one I ordered. After a contact to the store they send the correct item right away without big questions and they didn't ask me to return the wrong item. Excellent store!

I am a fan of flashlights (torches) and I bought several items from Banggood as well as from other flashlight vendors. I would recommend Banggoood as a trusted seller. Their prices are as competitive as the next vendor, and sometimes you can get better prices from them. There are frequent promotions where you can get good deals and as common (but not all) with the chinese vendors shipping is free. Their customer service is very responsive. I had a problem with one of their orders and they promptly offered to replace the item given proof that it is faulty. So far my purchases with them have been pleasant and I will likely purchase again from them provided that they maintain a high level of customer service.

I have order some clothes from banggood, which was a first for me. It turned out that 1 item was slightly damaged. Upon complaining, they immediately sent me a replacement and even refunded some of my money. Also, 2 items turned out to be too small. I was planning to return them and ask for bigger ones. It turned out that return postage from Australia was more expensive then the goods themselves!! Upon explaining the situation to banggood, they were really understanding and they just resent me the items in larger sizes anyway!!!! WOW, that it what you call good service!!
