But what is rare and what I highly value is the attitude of ***** to its customers. Ordered before new year holidays on Banggood tablet computer with accessories, order they composed of 5 days. This may well explain the holidays, as well as the fact that flew order up to me more than 35 days. Came the parcel was very strong(fat box of foam), a tablet was packaged in a protective film. Charger complete adapter on my local sockets. In General, to the complete set there are no claims. But it happened BUT one: the pad after a while broken. Through Live Chat in touch with tech support, for the three posts agreed to replace a broken tablet to another(Thank you, Oliver in tech support!), 50% from the cost of sending paid for the shop. Given the track number of the sent broken tablet, after two days I was granted a track-the number of my new tablet.

I have been buying products (mainly helicopters and spares)from ***** since November 2012. Their service has been excellent as have been their feedback and communication.
Every product I have ordered has arrived in top condition. Processing of my orders has been prompt, and it is a simple matter to check the status of any order. Every time a product has been shipped, I have received an email to let me know.
