Tricked into a monthly fee which was NOT obvious in joining the site.

I was enrolled into some monthly payment scheme, but when I complained they apologised and immediately refunded all I'd paid, even though I'd probably done it myself in error.

I Have Installed The Game Manager Along With Hidden Expedition ®: Everest, And Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst. And I Have Had No Malicious Software Of Any Kind. And I Have Scanned Them With A Multitude Of Malware Scanners Including The One On The Reviews Flagging This Site As Dangerous And Haven't Found Even The Tiniest Bug That Would Be Considered Malware. There Was A Tracking Cookie But I Get That Cookie Every Time I Open My Browser I Think It's From Yahoo Toolbar.

My first review (initial) of the ***** website finds no security issues at this time. I have downloaded several games from the site without incident, including trying out some trial games as well. Emails received from the BFG site are not excessive and the subject content is generally to apprise me of new games on the site or special offers. Will review the BFG website again a later time for consistency.

I completely uninstalled using Revo, and I still get the 'ASK' toolbar and a link to their page. It' can't be removed.

I'm slightly annoyed by some of their policies, but they are a very good, reliable site - what you see is what you get!

I've member for more than a few years - never had any problems with games (NO VIRUS either) and customer service is very good

If you buy a game & it doesn't work on your computer, they will remove it from your history & give you a new game credit. You can reinstall endlessly. I even got a free credit for finding a solution to a game glitch.

Bigfish checks all the games they upload for viruses. Been using this site since 2007.

there is a virus on return to ravenhearst strategy guide win32/meeboot.nab worm detected by nod 32 and it infected the copy app by windows of mine

virus activity!!!

As far as a gaming site goes so far so good. You download a game manager with you game download which I like so you know exactly how much time your game trial has left and uninstalls games as soon as 60 minute trial is up. no spy-ware and so far all games work with our fault.

Big Fish Games is a terrific site. It's true, you can play for free or download a game for as little as 6.99. No spyware, malware or any unwanted e-mail from them & they don't sell e-mail addresses. Great games for children to adults Keeps you entertained for hours. Highly recommend to all.
