looked for cute 'cat' images on bing.com and found a lot of girls named cat. :(

Little iffy about this site. It is a good search engine, but not as fast as Google. Not so original. Search results and design are VERY much alike Google. Also, Bing sometimes doesn't index websites at all. Bing is basically Google, just with more of these disadvantages. So, I'm sorry to say, but this isn't the best. It's a great search engine, don't get me wrong, but not as great as Google. Probably on the same level as Yahoo, or a little better.

Without asking, the site shows the city of residence for reporting news and weather. What tracking is being performed?

if i wanted bing as my firefox start page, id have set it myself. Bing has no right to change it itself, especially when google is so much better. not exactly a war crime or human rights violation, but just a d!¢k thing to do.
