In July I paid for a kit I never received. I received 2 items I ordered after waiting 6 weeks for delivery. The 3rd item was Not something I ordered but, I am using it (since I was charged for a kit I didn’t receive)
I started one of the supplements, it’s working- I need more however, I am worried about actually receiving anything. Expect to get the wrong items or no items when using this company. They know they can do whatever they want because the products do work. I will be looking for an American based company w similar products. Currently ghosted on customer service “what’s app”
Ordered the 10th of July and never received kit it’s Sept 26th today.

not responsive at all.
took the money and did nothing for several days. did not respond to several requests for canceling the order. when chatted online he said the package was sent yesterday. when asked him what is the tracking info he responded you will receive in your email. never happened.
The products don't seem legit either, and they say it on the website that it does not cure you.

I've been a client of this company since 2007. There products are unique and effective, however their shipping is completely unacceptable. I generally pay for express (10 day shipping) however it takes about 3 weeks for them to get my package to me in Colorado. I've complained to Biogetica repeatedly and they always come back with "oh don't worry your package is on it's way." Really??
This time I ordered one bottle of remedies from them and it took them 9 days to get it in the mail. When I complained about the fact that I paid for 10-day shipping, they just told me that US customs was the holdup. Really?
Products are good, but be prepared to put up with some ridiculous customer service and completely unacceptable shipping times. You could walk to India and pick up your remedies quicker. Figure it out Biogetica!!

This is a brilliantly informative site, and I am so very grateful to have found it. I have learned more here in 15 minutes than I learned from MDs who cannot help me with my disabling condition in 7 years. Open your mind and you will learn what this life, our body, our health is all about. You may ask yourself why you are so averse to this site that offers nothing but goodness and health of the whole mind, body and soul. I commend, highly, the owners and administrators of this site. There is now ample data globally to show that natural medicine is just as effective and in some cases more effective than pharmaceutical medicine for management of chronic ailments. The fact that this forum has “Alternative or controversial medicine” as one of the primary reasons for a website to be mistrusted shows that the viewpoint of the forum is in itself Biased. Yet the oppression of natural Doctors continues and this forum is another such example of it happening in real time, even today. This forum is assuming that all alternative medicine is controversial. From that viewpoint all homeopathy, supplements and herbs are scams. This is simply not true. Yes all Homeopathy and Ayurveda and herbs generally have less study behind them and cannot afford FDA approvals thats cost Millions of Dollars. Only patented pharmaceuticals can afford that. This does not mean that patented pharmaceuticals are our only option or our best option. Please do read research in any ailment category to realise that natural medicine is more often than not, your best and safest option. The attitude that one is seeing here is akin to “I don’t like banks, hence any website belonging to a bank is a scam.” “I don’t like governments so any government website is a scam” “I don’t like Ayurveda so any Ayurvedic website is a scam” This attitude does not help

Response by site owner had live links to a site with unsatisfactory trustworthiness.

I have been using remedies from this firm for years and really like their products. The Drs are very helpful too and online all the time in case you need them at odd hours.

Every Human on this planet has the right to learn about and choose natural medicine. Some people are unfortunately still brainwashed into believing that pharmaceutical chemicals are the only medicines that work and others have already awoken to the fact that nature can heal when all else fails. Many of us are once again respecting the ancient sciences as much as we do the modern ones. Regardless of where you are on this journey the fact remains that people have the right to freedom of information and choice and that is what this site stands for. You personally may or may not believe in natural medicine but this does not mean that you have the right to restrict someone else's access to them. To each his own.

Dangerous, self-contradictory information. read the "facts on liver cirrhosis link." From your own site "Although it is an irreversible condition, further progression can be restricted if it is treated on time." Then a few lines down your claim "Bio-energetic Resonance Homeopathics that are traditionally believed to work by eliminating waste and toxins from the liver and regenerating its cells". Really you said it was irreversible, now your product can regenerate liver cells?
Isn't this the exact kind of 'medicine' that killed Steve Jobs? (it is, cause you know there is a natural way to cure pancreatic cancer, /end sarcasm)

You got me curios so I started reading further into Steve Jobs death and found out some interesting facts from various sites including http://draxe.com/steve-jobs-twenty-year-battle-with-pancreatic-cancer/
Jobs had cancer 20 years. Yes he took "alternative" or Holistic treatments for it. He survived 20 years with Pancreatic Cancer.. Patrick Swayze didn't take any "alternative treatments" He died in 18 months. Article posted above even goes to say that it was quiet likely the liver transplant and immuno suppressant drugs that ultimately hurt jobs and killed him. Yes these are only One off cases and cannot be used to make scientific claims...
So when it comes to scientific claims please see each piece of "Science" on holistic medicine that is available on http://www.biogetica.com/clinical-studies.php and also on scholar.google.com ...These claims are not misleading. Even the wording is precise with indications as to when research merely suggests something or when it is based on a traditional use of a herb.
Do also note that you have called this site out to have ALternative or Controversial medicine where most people today have already awoken to the fact that pharmaceuticals are the most controversial form of medicine that is available today. 80 years ago pharmaceuticals were considered alternative. Then patent laws and multi million dollar approval processes led to them becoming the only "approved medicine" available to mankind today. The list of side effects and reasons why chemical medicine is short sighted, is long. Many have seen this in their own lives and decided to choose natures medicines for themselves and their families. These people have a right to do so, and this site has the right to guide them with Doctors who are inclined to natural medicine once again. Do consider natures medicine if you ever need true healing in your life.

Our Doctors who believe in natural medicine have every right to discuss it in forums with patients. They do so in their own names. This is discussion and information and not spam. Furthermore every product on biogetica has years of prior use from Ayurveda and other natural medicine traditions and almost every single product has modern clinical trial data supporting it. We do not make unfounded claims and we support people in their right to know about and choose natural medicine. Whether one personally believes in nature's medicines or not, they should not use their beliefs to hamper another persons access to it.
