Is bitcoin.de Safe?

Support seit 3 Wochen nicht erreichbar und meine BTC sind in einem uminösen "reserviert"-Modus, obwohl ich damit nicht gehandelt habe um sie in einen solchen Modus bringen zu können. Seitdem habe ich wohl mehrere Tausend € verloren, weil ich schon längst verkaufen wollte. Selbst nach mehreren Support-Anfragen habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Direkter Telefonservice existiert nicht und bei der Facebook-Seite reagiert ebenfalls niemand.

Die Seite bietet die Möglichkeit, Bitcoins mit realem Geld zu handeln und das ist auch einwandfrei, ohne Probleme möglich, alles gut eingerichtet und sehr sicher gestaltet. Seine Kinder sollte man aber natürlich nicht auf eine Seite mit aktivem Devisenhandel lassen und dort mit echtem Geld herumspielen lassen ;)

I'm facing a problem with ***** which happen few days ago, after several exchanges with no problems it seems to have been a fraud made by my exchange peer that got way with my bitcoins and my money to buy them . ***** recognized the issue but did not correct my balance yet. We are not talking about a very large amount here so i hope they fix it in the next few days , but i lost trust one them ! Any one know ***** are they reliable ? Who should i complain if the don't assume their safety failure ? I will post the end of this so you learn with my experience.
