This site had a major security flaw that they denied and quickly covered up, an SQL injection, which is still easily exploitable based on how they set up the new security. This site also is extremely outdated and has an awful UI making it absolute hell to navigate.

Monopolistic makers of the Course Management System known as blackboard. Stability and usability of the blackboard software is downright teeth pulling. It uses outdated and antique web tech (web frames and javascript on EVERYTHING) that modern web browsers struggle to work with.
The company patent trolls any competition and throws itself at colleges to use its buggy, broken, busted software.
