By default I give 3rd party ad services a yellow- but this one appears to be significantly worse. Not only do other reviews list a host of problems such as privacy butchering- but I also found this:

Any site that tracks childrens activity is creepy and dangerous to the welfare of all children. Such tactics are used to "better target" your children for "effective advertizing" aka brainwashing children so they will beg for a product as if their lives depend on it. If you are tired of your childrens tantrums when they beg for something in the store you would do well to block these sites and rate them as NOT child friendly.

Several years ago I ran a popular political blog and signed up for Blogads. Despite using their service and having ads sold on my site, I never received a penny from the company.
