Is buy.bitcoin.com Safe?

IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THIS WHOLE THING THEN JUST TAKE MY WORD DO NOT BUY BITCOIN FROM THESE GUYS. COINBASE IS MORE HONORABLE. This site offers sale of bitcoin for money, via your visa bank card. The service charge is kinda high, but they tell you up front. i put in my information, agreed to all, and made sure my bank was ready to aprove the purchase. simplex pulled the money into pending stasis, after we both agreed on how much bitcoin i was to receve for my money. they sent me an email said thank you for your payment request. I called my bank and made sure the purchase was approved. bitcoin had a really good night. I had not recived my coins for a very long time. My service ticket was answered with " it will take upto 24 hours". I was not worried I purchased my coin earlyer in the day when it was cheaper. well 12 hours went by then i got an e mail saying sorry we cancelled your order, due to changes in the bitcoin rate... so in other words the rate never went down in 12 hours so we could not charge you more then the current market value. they asked me to make another request at the current market value. this site tries to rip you off by holding your money in pending untill the market goes down a little bit then they sell you bitcoin at the price you agreed apon earlyer when the cost was higher. if that does not happen then they cancel your orderr and make you start again... oh wait my money is being held in pending for 24 hours, so now i have to wait even longer to do what this company told me they would do for me. HOW MUCH MONEY WAS MY TIME AND MONEY BEING HELD UP WORTH TONIGH. so if you want to be told one thing then have them screw up any plans of crypto trading you have for the night go ahead and let them do what they do. it is a shame customer service is not number 1 with simplex. after my day and night i felt like just another number. have a nice day everyone. if i save one person from going into this then i am glad to have written this, good luck out there.
