found a letter on my front lawn the other day .Thought it was trash blowing on my property it was a letter addressed to the next door neighbor that was not opened. Gave it back to post man he said they were training new man . that's not good enough

I have used expresspost 3 times now and was suppose to recieve a package the following day. Not once has this happened. You pay the extra for what????? Canada Post always has an excuse for something.

Canada Post has a hard time meeting it's delivery promises. It is not uncommon to pay extra for 'Expedited Delivery' only to have it take as long as regular parcel post. Their parcel tracking system is a joke and rarely provides useful information.

As others have said, it's Canada Post's official site, and it's a great place to find out postal rates. On the service end, I have never had any of my parcels damaged by Canada Post, and most parcels are delivered in a timely manner (only a few exceptions). Overall, their a great service to us!
