I have read different things online about Canadianvisaexpert and they seem real to me. Some people don't understand that they offer a service which they charge a fee for. It's just like you would pay an accountant or other professional. You can read their "About Us" webpage where they talk about how they help people who want to immigrate to Canada and they "subcontract" two immigration consultants who are "authorized representatives" There are links there, just check the site out. I feel like I am in good hands, and my wife feels the same. When we had any difficulties with the application, their customer service always was there to help. We are in the process now since December last year, I am upset that it takes long, but it is due to current situation.

I liked that they are in business for a long time& it makes me feel more comfortable that they work with immigration consultants. Their customer service is good but the lines are busy. My advice if you cant get thru the lines, try email, they respond fast & you will not need to pay for the calls

This company has good people working there and our family had no problems. They are a bit pricey but much cheaper than using an immigration lawyer + we could make affordable payments. I know I could have done the process alone for free but I don't have time for that.

The site asks for credit card information, but does not use an secure connection(no https), meaning anyone can see it. This is very suspicions. It should not be possible to see another users login, yet I can do just that here: http://payments.canadianvisaexpert.com/Checkout.aspx?gid=e8b61cdb-bbe9-4e24-940c-99d6fcc67695. It is criminally stupid not to encrypt a site that asks for this much personal information.
