PLEASE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS... I had probably my worst experience in my customer service history here at this company...Not only did they violate my privacy by talking loudly about my case and supplies in the main lobby of there office but also completely left me misinformed for months only to be re-informed when the mistake had already taken its toll...I was told "You can go have a nice day now" as I was leaving in disappointment as if to kick me while I was down....completely unprofessional and executive management was not at all concerned when I raised the issue with them.. LAND MINE please avoid!
