Is cdkeyhouse.com Safe?

I pre-ordered GTA V for PC from this website back in August 2014. It was advertised on the website as a Steam Key preorder. I used Paypal as a method of payment. I have ordered games from them before and they seemed legit and trustworthy in the past. I even added up to a "loyalty" bonus summing up to a $7.20 discount voucher, that I actually used on the GTA V preorder. A couple of days ago I logged into my account on the site to check my GTA V preorder status, only to realize they changed it from a Steam Key to a "Rockstar Social Club Digital Download" version, without any notice. They also added a new "Steam Gift Key" version to the site, at a higher price now. Considering I only use Steam to activate my games and a Steam Key is what I actually ordered from them (that is what it says on their receipt too), I contacted their customer support to complain about this, demanding that I receive what I have ordered and what I have paid for, almost 8 months ago. After 24 hrs of silence, I received a short reply, that my order was cancelled and if I want a refund or store credit. No explanation whatsoever. I said ok, I'm not gonna trust you again with another order, so I won't even care about the "loyalty" bonus voucher that got lost in the process, so I asked for a refund instead. I also adressed them on their facebook page, considering I didn't receive any reply on my customer support ticket for about 24 hours. They told me on facebook that they already paid the refund, but I'll have to wait 24-48 hours because of "paypal system". I've been using Paypal a lot and I know that is a lie. Paypal payments are being processed instantly. Even if it was going to be a "waiting period" I would still be able to see a "pending" payment into my paypal account, which I do not. Meanwhile, my posts on their facebook page have been deleted (bad advertising I guess?). At this time, I am pretty sure I will not get my money back. I will wait 24 more hours (24 already have passed), then send a complaint to Paypal, however. I have enough proof to back up my story, I did save all my conversation history with them and my order history. I don't know if Paypal will actually do something about it, but I feel it's the least I should do. That and telling my story to as many people as possible, so others would not have to find out about these things like I did. Even if I do receive my money back, there is no excuse for this. I ordered and paid for a product 8 months ago and I didn't receive what I have paid for. They didn't even care to give me an explanation, as a long time "loyal" customer. I can't believe I used to recommend this site to my friends. So, beware, ordering from this website might get you what you're ordering, or it might not. I learned that the hard way. They are not trustworthy to me, after all this. And their customer care is horrible. My advice is find another retailer, there are lots of them out there, legit, with better conduct towards their customers, better support and no false advertising, no orders changed without notice, etc.

They took my money for no reason i have ordered 2x fif15 cd key from cdkeyhouse for over 90 dollars and they did not send me these keys until i contacted the support that asked me to provide my id scan which is not acceptable for me so i asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. after that they ignored me and i am still waiting to get my money back and will be today the last day i wait after that i will start a dispute with paypal against them

I pre-ordered a PC-game. Even though ***** is not an official Steam-reseller, I still got the key-code on the release date and it worked fine! Plus, you can always pay with Paypal when buying games from the site. If you don't recieve the game you ordered or the key don't work, just demand cashback from Paypal and they'll sort the problems out for you with the retailer. So, +1 for being able to buy with Paypal! Trustworthy site!

I thought it was weird that this site required you to fill in your full name, phone number and address when all you are buying is a game key sent to you in an email. It wasn't until after I had placed my order that I was told I would have to verify my account with my phone. After grudgingly doing that, it turns out I would also have to verify my account by sending them a picture of my ID. That was out of the question, and I asked for a refund, and it turns out they take 10% in cancellation fees. I am not buying anything here ever again.

Bought an Arma II CD Key and it was already used. I tried to get a refund but they said that is not possible. The Support its horrible, they take days to reply and you cant even see the reply if you are no registered in the support page. I have opened a denouncement to this company. Also when i tell them that the key was used, they told me to use a crack. DONT BUY HERE
