I was in a rush to swap my XRP to ADA and it was lightning fast. Gotta admit, the fees could be better, but at least the rates were legit. Also, the support team was on point, got help instantly via live-chat.

If you’re a noob in crypto, this is perfect. The app is easy to use, KYC wasn’t terrible, and swapping was almost instant. If you’re looking to dive deep into the crypto world though, might want to look for more features

Warning: Changelly has been holding my funds for 6 months without explanation On November 12, 2024, I sent 977,709 TRX to Changelly’s wallet for an exchange. Transaction ID: 74j6d638iqelc7gw. I provided all requested documents and completed verification. Since then — complete silence. No responses from support, no legal grounds for holding the funds, no timeline or resolution. This appears to be unlawful asset retention and potentially misappropriation. I urge others to be extremely cautious when using Changelly. I am ready to share all communications and evidence with media, law enforcement, and blockchain analytics services.

Used the app on a bus ride through the countryside, dropped into ethereum outta my polygon bag with zero lag. Bus was slower than the drop tbh.

I was cheated out of more than 230 000$ in TRX tokens, they blocked the exchange that does not have high risk tags, they picked on the tokens that do not participate in my exchange with them, but they did and were successfully exchanged without problems and hassles in another exchanger, referring to the checks forced to provide KYC and documents confirming ownership, I did everything, but in the end all the same money is not returned to me more than half a year, the most secretive and not client-oriented guys, I do not recommend working with them, the chance of losing money is off the scale! !! Была обманута на больше чем 230 000$ в токенах TRX , заблокировали обмен который не имеет высоких меток риска, придрались к токенам которые не участвуют в моём обмене у них, но участвовали и были успешно обменены без проблем и заморочек в другом обменнике , ссылаясь на проверки заставили предоставить КУС и документы подтверждающие владения , я все сделала , но по итогу всеравно деньги мне не возвращают больше полугода , максимально скрытные и не клиентоореитрованые ребята, не советую работать с ними , шанс потерять деньги зашкаливает !!!

I’ve tried a few exchanges, but still stick to Changelly because their interface is one of the easier ones to use. Rates are good and the transactions are pretty quick. Also appreciate that their support answered me within minutes when I had a quick question.

Good for beginners but kinda basic. KYC takes forever, but once you’re verified, everything else is quick. Swap coins, buy, sell - it works. Just, like, wish they had more advanced features.

The fees here are insanely low compared to other exchanges. I’ve been shifting crypto for a while and changelly gives me the best rates I’ve seen to my pairs. If you’re looking to save a few bucks, this could be a valid option.
