I enjoy doing online banking with chase.com because it gives me control of all my transactions. It alerts me when my threshold amount goes down so that I can rush to the nearest Chase Bank to deposit money. Everything seems to be at reach when I do online banking.

The Bad: don't look for a Free account unless you do Direct Deposit in large amounts.
and... they bought out WAMU, waited a while, then executed all WAMU features.

The Okay: they are HUGE and you can do just about anything you want to do -
Everywhere and online and on cell
The Ugly: Privacy? are you kidding - they are just one step away from the government -
NO Privacy! None! and don't even ask!
Bottom Line: if you need the services, they beat the he** out of Citibank and WF
If you don't Need their services, use a credit union or put your money under your mattress (;)

Easy to do banking on the site. But I get charged service fees up the huha! And I've been a customer back when it was WAMU! A little appreciation for loyalty would be nice.

Part of the Banker Elite group who get bailed out by poor tax payers and don't pay them back. :(
Part of the cause of the worlds financial problems! You should take your money out today and open a credit union account or people's bank, stop the rich using you.
